dietitian and certified in the state of New York, with a private practice on the upper
east side. I specialize in weight management, exercise
and sports nutrition. And I’ll be talking to you about diets. Detox Diet, well that’s exactly what it is. It detoxes your body. How does it do that, your drinking a bunch
of liquid, your taking a multivitamin. And your eliminating most solid foods. Sounds satisfying right? Well, some people think it is, some people
think it’s a quick fix. They want to loose weight, they want to detoxify
their body. I think that it really is just a quick fix
for a long term problem. Better way to do it, increase your fiber. Fiber is a natural cleanser. We also have natural cleansers in our bodies
that do it for us. We don’t need to waste time, money. Or feeling irritable and fatigued, which are
likely side effects. Don’t waste your money, just eat healthy.
