I am blood type O, but I've been vegetarian for 10 years. I can't stand meat. It messes with my gallbladder and liver and literally makes me nausaeus and sick after eating it. But I am getting older and gaining weight now, despite walking for an hour a day. I can't really exercise any other way due to old injuries of ankles and back.. Does anyone have any suggestions besides weight lifting? I don't have access to machines.
