the end of this our a lesson, you know, just a, you have any questions?
Yes, I asked, you know, in your comments section below and if
you have enjoy, you find this useful, uh, click on the like, like that will actually help very
much in this channel. Now, you know, giving us a LIKE doesn’t
really cost you any money, so we really appreciate that. Now that
being said, let’s get back to here. Medical coverage in US dollar,
right? U S dollar. Now, if you really want to seek treatment, you have one to have that option that
you’d seek treatment out of Malaysia. Right? And somehow in coverage of your
US dollar medical coverage in US dollar. That is why you want like
you watch this until the end. Now this a medical, a medical
card few ones that um, that does not, you know, this the first one I’m going to cover
that’s not impose any limitation on which country that you will be going for. We
make, could be Singapore, could be US, could be Canada, no matter where in the
country they you’re covered you right? And it’s by a Malaysian
insurer. Now, basic needs, you know that I have no need to tell you
that. Timely medical care, local issue, you know, it’s very important, right? Medical Card even you have a local or
international medical card is because you fall ill, you admitted the
accident with does not, which does lead to a hospitalization.
It’s really important for you. It’s not about public hospital. No good. It’s just about sometimes because there’s
a long waiting queue. Now, if you, if you are aware that um, you
know, um, hospital, uh, you know, long queue now if you have
experience that in Malaysia, wait until I go to Hong
Kong. Right. And I was okay. [inaudible] to [inaudible] Pharma,
Hong Kong kind of mind. Uh, what happened is that how many you built
in Hong Kong public hospital in Hong Kong has the best kind of service
facility theory, right? Uh, in the world, one of the best medical
care in Hong Kong, but, and that it best if you’ve
got this also affordable, like you need to just pay like, I dunno, like less than 200 US dollar Hong
Kong dollar just to get a world class treatment. The problem is,
the problem is it is really, I mean you have to dis a
real long waiting care, especially waiting for transplant
or the surgery and all the, I think worse longer queue will class
surveys will cost kind of facility but longer queue than Malaysian hospital. Imagine if you have a life threatening
illness or medical condition, you cannot wait. CanNot wait. But
there’s a situation in Hong Kong, right? Which is why they will actually be
very liberalized. Whether you are poor, whether you are rich, you go
to government public hospital, you have to wait and you were truly is
heavily subsidized by the government out. You don’t have to be in Hong Kong to
to actually understand it because I’ve recently watched, you know, a Hong Kong
drama, which in really, really good, if you know this is called
BIG WHITE DUEL I think. And how I got there. I mean I don’t
really follow a lot of Hong Kong drama, but this Hong Kong drama, I would
actually recommend that you really, really good, right? It talks about, no, it’s a fictional drama about
Hong Kong health reform, but still it’s very good
perspective to actually, uh, get into claims into these are what’s
happening when health sector in Hong Kong to speak. They’ll, I mean, you got,
just check out the links below that, you know, or show it over here.
Really Good Hong Kong drama. [inaudible] oh that, um, uh,
the, the superstar, you know, the TVB spots aside. It’s really
every day a good story line. No, I digress. Let’s come back
to here now. What if you, and you’ll find that some
of these are very critical, illness that you found that most suitable
and the safest most advanced treatment for your medical conditions,
not locating Malaysia, maybe in Singapore it would have
accepted there has to be bill, how much do you know about the
treatment? [inaudible] not, uh, how many cars are you worried that you
undergo treatment or country are not very familiar with, right? There’s
a lot things, you know, you don’t want to get scandal, I can
bother you. And it was the next step. Now, medical card, when a kind of international coverage
and medical card off all by Malaysia, insurer offer youth international
coverage in US dollar. They don’t cover you for everything
under the sun. And especially if, let’s say you just have a
cyst right on your hand, there’s no reason for you to go there,
right? And do that because Malaysian, you can do that while
you want to go overseas, but they’re talking about more critical
kind of illness or condition like cancer. Right now, this is the
definition of cancer, right? Um, what is not cover? What is covered? It exactly follows critical
illness coverage. Uh, and the other thing is that
these few condition cancer, uh, coronary artery bypass, again, one very critical condition it
covers were heart valve surgery. All right? It covers for life a live donor for
organ organ transplant and or your bone marrow transplant, right?
So a different definition. You can pause it if you really
want to look at the definition, but this is why I call them pays for
this a and intracranial specific spinal cord surgery. So these
are the normal thing. The usual condition which justify
for was his treatment, right? Um, it could be safer, more
advanced and all that. So normal Malaysian medical
card does not cover that. Okay? That’s not cover that you knew. You could be referred to say Singapore, but you only cover you for reimburse
you for a Malaysian medical rate. Now wait, the Malaysian medical rate,
now he’s followed the 13th schedule, you know of a private health
care [inaudible]. You know,
if you miss that video, we are talking about this,
you just pay on a the, which should be something popping up
on the upper right hand corner on that video after the video ends to know what
is the cost of medical procedure in Malaysia. Now let me say they
daily room and board or ICU, the medical care actually, at least for this product
actually cover you for a chat. So there’s no limitation on it. We
can stay in your executive suite. Um, but you know the, they
don’t impose a limit, but there’s a limit in terms of the annual
limit. I know that you can use up to, there’s a to plan, right, to plan,
plan man, you can have two light, 1 million US dollar. That’s a lot.
If you can use that up in a year, I would rather die Plan
2 2 million annual limit. lifetime limit is a 2 million
or 4 million lifetime limit. And as you know, is cashless, right?
This is a special medical card, right? A normal medical card, you’ve been
referred to overseas in Malaysia. Under cold treatment not only reimburse
you only from Malaysian, medically, necessarily rate only also is not
cashless because you have to pay first. Oversea and didn’t reimburse
Back on the injury insurance. Insurer don’t pay you the full amount
after currency conversion is paid what? Yes. In Malaysia, but this actually
remove that kind of barrier, right? Because it’s a cashless kind of thing.
Now how this normally works is that, um, they will have to get a second opinion.
If you say that you’ve just defined, you know, safer for you to go overseas
for treatment. Uh, the, again, transportation accommodations
are rich and is also covered. Normally. Malaysia medical card don’t
cover. How are you, Paul? Any, you know, during the transportation
accommodation, you know, even you refer to the hospital
overseas and Malaysian it in Singapore, but this actually covers you
also covers for another one, what we call as a companion. Right?
The patient in the companion. So they allocate that for that. Uh, if his outpatient treatment in you
will be in a hotel, we plan one, they say three or four star hotel plan
two, of course five star hotel, right? Or you know, you spin a
hospital, um, you know, plan one economic class is kinda chunk
of the transportation by plan two. It’s what they call business class. They
upgrade the transfer in the limousine. Whoa. I mean like sounds good,
right when you’re traveling, but when you are sick, you couldn’t actually really care less
about whether it can business content, all that. Right. Just the smell of
being again. Right. So if you disagree, just pick on like anyway, give it a light and a subscribe
if you haven’t already. Now this is the first option
or call. The second option, uh, also offer another Malaysian
insurer. Is that they you yes. Allow you to go for treatment
in Singapore, Hong Kong, China. Okay. So very limited in the north country
Singapore Hong Kong or China, but they only cover you not in
USD, not as high as a limit. They only cover you for 250,000
in Ringgit, Malaysia, uh, either on a yearly basis or on a per
condition or your condition basis. We’ve got 2.5 million lifetime
limit. So it can be sly, uh, like a, a lower tier version off of another
in many insurer of course. Um, you want to know like, you know, how much
it costs, you know, uh, how, how, uh, what ways the details,
you know, uh, how, how, how many years you will cover knee and
which insurer it is suggest you can actually reach comments below and you
gotta you to the right way. Because again, as independent, uh, advisor,
I, we cannot really, I don’t want to really promote certain
insurance product because we are independent, depends on your
needs and all that, right? Which is why it’s all about education,
no sharing and all that. But again, we absolutely can do this for
you. Now that being, say, um, if you have a subscribe
stragglers, you have to channel, click light and notification bow,
uh, comments below. You know, if you want to know more and, uh, myself or my team and I could
give it to you, you have hope. This lesson has been useful and, uh, I will see you in another lesson.
