hi everyone today is day 11 of my 21 day challenge of providing self-care tips today I’d like to talk about putting together a self-care box or self-care bag whatever you like to call it but what it is is just having a bag or a box where you collect stuff that’s going to lift your mood and lift your spirits the advantage of doing this in advance is that when you’re stress you resort automatically to the things I used to so if you’re used to smoking you’re used to drinking alcohol or you used to eating really junk bad drunk food you would resort to that automatically so having a plan in advance of stuff that’s going to lift your spirit and lift you mood is really useful and I’ve got a sample of what I’ve got in mind and my little bag here and I’ve got a book of um positive quotes and positive affirmations I got some scented candles smelling beautiful only a pound from Ikea essential oils lavender oil a journal we can write soft a journal we can write stuff down or your aggravation all these stress just get it down on paper I’m finally gonna have some chocolate some dark chocolate okay hope you enjoy that I’m going to enjoy you too my chocolate cuz I’m a bit stressed any excuse so don’t forget to subscribe and like my video if you enjoyed it and I’ll see you tomorrow you
