Hello everyone, My name is Priti Nath Guru Today we’ll talk about Some Weight Loss Plans That how & what all points to be remember so that with what all weight loss plans are being shared You can follow them and can have the sound weight reduction The first and main requirement is, before choosing any weight loss plan you must be aware of This plan is recommended for which category of people and will it be suitable fro you or not If it suits you then only you should follow it for example Generally Banana plan is known for weight reduction but to whom this plan will suit or not This will depend upon their medical conditions and requirments A diabetic person should not follow banana plan Similarly we’ve liquid plans but I’ll not suggest that BP patients to follow this plan Whenever you follow any plan make sure that you should be healthy Make sure you are not under fever or any medical problem before following any weight loss plan Third point, make sure you must follow the plan till its prescribed period only If any plan is recommended for 2 days only then follow it for 2 days only Never extend any plan according to your wish to get more weight reduction results. But unfortunately it doesn’t happen so you must follow the plan till its prescribed period only Apart from this do remember to not follow any plan frequently You must follow 1-2 plans in one month only Further you have to be on the normal routine diet Then you should choose any other plan Because be frequently changing to many plans will enhance your medical problems Also remember one thing, whenever you complete any plan Suppose you follow plan for 2 days further what all recommendation given to you to be on normal diet You must follow them sincerely By following them properly will enable you to maintain you Otherwise what all weight you’ve loosen suppose you loose 1.5 kg with any particular plan And if you haven’t follow the recommondations That way you might gain your reduced weight which gives a negative impact on your body So you must be careful about following the recommendations for normal routine diet I hope you’ll follow all these points In my upcoming videos I’ll share some weight loss plans But before that you must understand these valuable points If you’ll follow these points & follow the plan hence you can have fast weight reduction But, Yes I would suggest to not to follow any plan frequently I hope you’ll like my video.
